Wacker Neuson SE Annual General Meeting Approves Dividend Increase for Fiscal Year 2025

The Annual General Meeting of Wacker Neuson SE, held at the hbw Conference Center in Munich, approved all agenda items with high majorities, including a dividend of EUR 0.70 per eligible share for the fiscal year 2025, representing a 17% increase from the previous year's EUR 0.60 per share. The dividend reflects the company's commitment to continuous shareholder compensation and its strategy to distribute a significant share of profits.

In addition to the dividend resolution, shareholders formally approved the actions of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board for fiscal year 2025, the remuneration report, the election of the auditor for fiscal year 2026, and an amendment to the Articles of Incorporation to allow for the issuance of electronic shares. The high level of approval for all items underscores shareholder confidence in the company's governance and strategic direction.

The term of Supervisory Board member Prof. Dr. Matthias Schüppen ended with the close of the meeting. Shareholders elected Christian Rast as his successor. Mr. Rast brings proven expertise in accounting and auditing to the board, strengthening its oversight capabilities.
