tZERO Group, Inc., a leader in blockchain-based financial infrastructure, has launched its next-generation platform, unifying onboarding, primary offerings, secondary trading, and custody for tokenized securities into a single, seamless user experience. This milestone, announced on August 6, 2026, is designed to serve both institutional clients and individual investors, offering a streamlined gateway into digital markets.
The new platform introduces a single sign-on experience that simplifies every stage of the investment journey, from account opening and funding to participating in primary offerings and trading in secondary markets. For the first time, tZERO is also launching a native iOS mobile app, pending App Store review, with an Android version to follow.
For institutional infrastructure clients, tZERO's B2B2C offering enables broker-dealers and other partners to deploy co-branded or white-label digital investment experiences powered by tZERO's regulated brokerage, custody, clearing, settlement, transfer agency, and tokenization infrastructure. Broker-dealer partners can leverage tZERO's correspondent clearing and custody model to offer custody solutions to their end customers.
Individual investors benefit from a direct, intuitive platform to discover investment opportunities, participate in primary offerings, and trade eligible securities in secondary markets, all through a single, connected account. The platform's architecture is designed to support multiple asset classes, including prediction markets and crypto, as well as AI-driven capabilities and expanded DeFi functionality.
“We built the new tZERO platform to bring investing, trading, and digital asset infrastructure together in a single, unified experience,” said Alan Konevsky, Chief Executive Officer of tZERO. “As more assets move on-chain, investors and institutions should have one secure gateway into digital markets - not a collection of disconnected systems. This also slots into our unique, vertically integrated infrastructure stack for tokenized assets, providing a flexible front-end available for a range of financial institutions and other customers.”
The launch includes several key features: streamlined investor onboarding, integrated payment setup, access to primary investment opportunities, secondary market trading, a white-label platform for financial institutions, and architecture designed to support multiple asset classes and DeFi interoperability. Future releases will expand payment options, introduce additional onboarding capabilities, launch mobile versions, and extend support for additional asset classes and emerging technologies.
“The new tZERO platform reflects where financial markets are heading,” added Konevsky. “Our goal is to remove complexity so institutions can enable their customers to access the benefits of modern market infrastructure through a single, intuitive experience available as part of our end-to-end, turnkey solution.”
This launch is a significant step in tZERO's evolution, positioning the company to capitalize on the growing interest in tokenized securities. By consolidating essential services into one platform, tZERO aims to reduce friction for investors and institutions alike, potentially accelerating the adoption of blockchain-based financial instruments. As the platform expands to include additional asset classes and mobile apps, it could become a key infrastructure provider in the emerging digital securities market.
