Trailbreaker Resources Ltd. (TBK.V) has appointed Charlie Greig, MSc, P. Geo, as a Technical Advisor, the company announced on April 27, 2026. Mr. Greig is a British Columbia-based professional geologist with extensive experience in mineral exploration, from grassroots to production-stage development.

As Vice President of Exploration for GT Gold Corp., Mr. Greig was instrumental in leading the team that discovered the Saddle North copper-gold porphyry deposit and the high-grade gold-silver zone at Saddle South. GT Gold was acquired by Newmont Corporation in 2021 for C$456 million. More recently, he served as lead technical advisor for American Eagle Gold’s NAK project, a copper-gold porphyry project near Smithers, BC, in partnership with Teck Resources and South32 Ltd. He has also advised Kingfisher Metals, Happy Creek Minerals, and Hercules Metals. Currently, he is Executive Chairman at Evergold Corp. and CEO of Metal Energy Corp.

Daithi Mac Gearailt, CEO of Trailbreaker, commented, “We are delighted to welcome Charlie to the Trailbreaker team. His experience working in BC Cu-Au porphyry deposits will be instrumental in guiding exploration at our Coho, Atsutla, and Liberty projects.”

As compensation, Trailbreaker issued Mr. Greig 100,000 stock options with a strike price of C$0.40 per share for five years, as per the April 16, 2026 news release.

This appointment strengthens Trailbreaker’s technical team as it advances its portfolio of copper-gold porphyry projects in British Columbia and Yukon. Trailbreaker Resources is committed to continuous exploration and research, maintaining a portfolio of quality mineral properties to provide value for shareholders.
