At the Annual General Meeting 2026 of TeamViewer SE, held virtually on June 2, 2026, shareholders representing 29.95 percent of the share capital approved all agenda items with a large majority. The virtual format allowed direct interaction between shareholders and the Supervisory and Management Boards, including live questions.

Shareholders confirmed Andrea Euenheim as an independent member of the Supervisory Board for a four-year term. Euenheim, who was appointed by court in March 2026, joins the board alongside Ralf W. Dieter (Chairman), Dr. Abraham (Abe) Peled (Deputy Chairman), Swantje Conrad, Dr. Joachim (Joe) Heel, James Jeffrey (Jeff) Kinder, Axel Salzmann, and Christina Stercken. She succeeds Hera Kitwan Siu, who stepped down at her own request after four successful years.
