STS Group AG Reports Strong Performance and Strategic Progress at Annual General Meeting

STS Group AG (ISIN:DE000A1TNU68), a global systems supplier for the automotive industry, held its Annual General Meeting last Friday at its headquarters in Hagen, Germany. With 79.12% of the company’s share capital represented, shareholders approved all agenda items. The meeting focused on the Executive Board’s report on business performance for the 2025 financial year and the strategic development of the group.

The Executive Board, led by CEO Alberto Buniato, underscored the company’s resilience despite challenging market conditions. Key achievements include the expansion of the U.S. plant in Salem, Virginia, and the construction of a new plant in Taixing, China, which is scheduled to begin operations in 2026. "The past financial year once again demonstrated the resilience of STS Group. Despite a challenging market environment, we successfully achieved our objectives and continued to execute our strategic roadmap," said Buniato.

For the 2026 financial year, the Board confirmed its outlook: Group revenue is expected to be roughly on par with the previous year, the EBITDA margin is expected to improve to the high single-digit percentage range, and EBITDA is expected to be slightly above the 2025 level. The voting results for the agenda items are available at www.sts.group in the Investor Relations section.

The company employs about 1,400 people worldwide and generated consolidated revenues of EUR 292.0 million in 2025. STS Group specializes in injection-molded plastics and sheet molding compounds (SMC) for vehicle trim, interior systems, and lightweight battery components for electric vehicles. Its customer portfolio includes leading international manufacturers of commercial vehicles, passenger cars, and electric vehicles.

The strategic expansion into the U.S. and China positions STS Group for future growth, aiming to strengthen its global footprint on three continents. Despite ongoing market challenges, the company remains focused on operational excellence and innovation in plastic injection molding and composite components.
