SOLOWIN HOLDINGS Partners With ATTRUS to Expand Digital Payments in Latin America

SOLOWIN HOLDINGS (NASDAQ: AXG) announced that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Gello Finance Ltd., has signed a financial and technology services agreement with ATTRUS US LLC to jointly develop liquidity services, cross-border payment networks and stablecoin fiat on/off-ramp capabilities across Latin America, initially targeting Mexico and Brazil. Under the agreement, Gello Finance will integrate its blockchain technology, AI-driven payment routing infrastructure and dual-token digital ecosystem with ATTRUS’s established local financial networks and fiat settlement channels.

SOLOWIN Holdings (NASDAQ: AXG) said the collaboration will focus on reducing friction in cross-border payments, developing stablecoin conversion services for regional users and businesses and advancing digital financial infrastructure for sectors including embedded finance, cross-border e-commerce and Web3. The company said the agreement supports its global expansion strategy following progress in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions, with technical integration and product deployment already underway for future Latin American service launches.

This partnership is significant as it marks SOLOWIN's entry into the Latin American market, a region with high demand for digital payment solutions and stablecoin adoption. By leveraging ATTRUS's local financial networks, SOLOWIN can offer more efficient cross-border payment services, reducing costs and transaction times for businesses and individuals. The integration of blockchain technology and AI-driven routing could enhance transparency and security in financial transactions, potentially driving greater adoption of digital currencies in the region.

The implications of this announcement extend beyond the immediate partnership. It signals a growing trend of fintech companies expanding into emerging markets to capitalize on the need for modern payment infrastructure. Additionally, the focus on stablecoins and cross-border payments addresses key pain points in Latin America, such as high remittance costs and limited access to traditional banking services. For SOLOWIN, this move strengthens its global footprint and diversifies its revenue streams, while for ATTRUS, it provides access to advanced technology to enhance its service offerings.
