Royalty Management Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: RMCO) announced its portfolio holding ReElement Technologies has completed a series of financings to accelerate business growth. ReElement, a critical mineral refining company based in Noblesville and Marion, Indiana, processes recycled materials, virgin ores, and manufacturing byproducts using an innovative chromatographic separation platform to produce magnet-grade rare earth elements for electrification, defense, and technology sectors.
The United States Department of War recently committed $25 million to ReElement to expand production of critical minerals for defense and commercial industries. This follows a prior investment from Transition Equity Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm. The funds will enable ReElement to aggressively scale operations and increase utilization of technologies under a royalty agreement with Royalty Management.
Royalty Management has an intellectual property development program with ReElement, providing capital for patent development and refining technologies in exchange for ongoing royalties from sales. As ReElement expands, Royalty Management expects increased revenues from these technologies, directly benefiting shareholders.
