In the race to acquire new customers, many companies overlook the ones they already have until it's too late. A new app, Renewal Radar from Sighub, aims to change that by helping businesses monitor renewal signals directly within their HubSpot CRM.
According to Sighub, sales teams often have extensive processes for winning new business, but once a customer signs, the attention can wane. Renewal dates and customer activity can be scattered across deals, line items, quotes, subscriptions, and custom objects in HubSpot, making it difficult to see which customers need attention before renewal is at risk.
Renewal Radar scans customer accounts in HubSpot, identifies the strongest renewal signal, and checks if recent activity suggests the customer is being engaged. If a customer seems to be slipping through the cracks, the app surfaces the account so the responsible team can take action.
"Companies put enormous effort into winning new customers, but existing customers can become surprisingly easy to overlook once the deal is closed," said Ulaş Arslan, founder of Sighub. "Customers notice that long before a renewal is officially at risk. We built Renewal Radar to help teams spot that gap while there is still time to do something about it."
The app is designed as a lightweight layer on top of HubSpot, not a replacement for existing CRM or customer success processes. It monitors renewal information across multiple HubSpot sources and takes recent customer activity into account. When an account requires attention, Renewal Radar can create a focused task for the team, and the alert can resolve when the issue is addressed.
This approach is particularly aimed at Customer Success and RevOps teams that manage customers in HubSpot but don't want to invest in a separate enterprise customer success platform. The goal is to ensure existing revenue receives the same attention as new pipeline.
"For companies focused heavily on growth, the uncomfortable question is not only how many new customers are being won," Arslan added. "It is whether the customers they already fought to win still feel like somebody is paying attention."
Renewal Radar is now available for HubSpot users through Sighub and the HubSpot App Marketplace. For more information, visit sighub.io.
