Rashmi's Bakery, a family-run bakery serving the Greater Toronto Area since 2007, has announced the release of three limited-edition summer cake flavours: Coconut Truffle, Tiramisu Bliss, and Berry Biscoff. The new collection is now available at its Brampton and Mississauga locations and online, with same-day pickup and delivery across the GTA.
The summer collection highlights the bakery's dedication to providing egg-free and nut-free options without compromising on taste. All cakes are crafted from scratch to be 100 percent egg-free and nut-free, using high-quality ingredients such as Belgian chocolate, coffee, and fresh fruit.
The Coconut Truffle cake layers moist chocolate sponge with silky ganache and a coconut cream centre, offering a rich blend of chocolate and coconut. Tiramisu Bliss reimagines the Italian classic with vanilla sponge soaked in coffee syrup, espresso-infused cream cheese frosting, and a dusting of cocoa. Berry Biscoff combines the caramelized flavour of Biscoff cookies with strawberry, featuring vanilla sponge, Biscoff cream, homemade strawberry compote, and fresh strawberries topped with Biscoff crumbs.
These flavours are also available as individual dessert cups, providing a smaller serving option for customers to sample the seasonal offerings. The bakery's founder, Rashmi Chugh, emphasizes that egg-free and nut-free has never been a compromise: "I strongly believe that every person, regardless of their dietary preference, has the right to a truly delicious cake. Egg-free and nut-free was never meant to be the compromise. We have spent nineteen years making sure it tastes like the opposite of one."
Beyond the seasonal collection, Rashmi's Bakery specializes in custom celebration cakes for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and other occasions. Customers can bring in a photo, screenshot, colour reference, or an idea, and the team will create a custom cake. The bakery offers quick turnaround on custom orders, along with same-day pickup and delivery across the GTA on eligible products.
