Pressure Point Roofing (PPR), a Pacific Northwest roofing company backed by Tambr Partners through its holding company Pacific Northwest Roofing Services, has acquired Evergreen Roofing of Oregon. Based in Eugene, Evergreen has served Oregon with commercial and residential roofing solutions—including re-roofing, repair, and maintenance—since 1989. Evergreen will continue to operate under its own brand as part of the expanding PPR platform.
Founded in 1989 by Eugene native Curtis Large, Evergreen has spent more than three decades building a reputation grounded in quality craftsmanship, integrity, and dependable service, growing into one of the largest full-scale roofing contractors in Oregon. The combination with PPR positions the two companies as a comprehensive roofing provider across Oregon, Southern Washington, and Northern California.
“When I reconnected with Matt, he had just completed his partnership with Tambr, and his message about their approach to keeping our businesses in the hands of local operators really resonated with me,” said Curtis Large, founder of Evergreen. “As I transition Evergreen to Matt and his team, I am grateful to all the employees, general contractors and facilities managers that I’ve had the privilege of working alongside. I plan to remain active in the Eugene business community and continue to serve and support Evergreen.”
The transaction brings together two long-established roofing companies with complementary service offerings and a shared commitment to quality, customer service, and their respective local communities.
“Having known Evergreen Roofing for nearly 20 years, I have long respected the outstanding company Curtis has built and led,” said Matt Stone, President & CEO of PPR. “Bringing together the teams at PPR and Evergreen Roofing is an exciting opportunity to better serve our commercial, residential, repair and maintenance customers with even greater strength, efficiency, and reach. This partnership is a meaningful win for our customers, our employees, and the communities we serve. We are incredibly excited about the future and look forward to building on the strong legacy Curtis has established.”
The addition of Evergreen reflects Tambr’s focus on partnering with founder-led businesses that demonstrate durability, shared values, and a strong internal culture.
“Like Matt, Curtis has dedicated himself to the roofing trade,” said Kevin Livingston, Co-Founder and CIO of Tambr and Executive Chairman of Pressure Point Roofing. “He built Evergreen on the shoulders of dedicated employees and a commitment to serving the community. Evergreen and PPR are truly cut from the same cloth, and merging these two leaders of their respective territories is such a rare opportunity.”
The acquisition adds approximately 60 Oregon employees to PPR’s nearly 50 employees, strengthening the combined company’s ability to serve healthcare facilities, schools, manufacturing centers, and other commercial and residential clients. Learn more at pressurepointroofing.com.
