Noble Acquires North Bradshaw Property, Bolstering Gold Exploration in Northern Ontario

Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. has announced a strategic acquisition that expands its footprint in one of Canada's most prolific gold regions. The company entered into an agreement to acquire the North Bradshaw Property from Gravel Ridge Resources Ltd. and 1544230 Ontario Inc., a move that positions Noble adjacent to the Gowest Bradshaw Gold Property, which hosts a pre-feasibility study with indicated and inferred gold resources.

The purchase price of $73,000 is payable over three years, alongside the issuance of 600,000 common shares. The vendors will also receive a 1.5% net smelter returns royalty, with Noble retaining the right to buy back one-third of that royalty for $500,000. The transaction is subject to customary conditions, including board and TSX Venture Exchange approvals.

The North Bradshaw Property lies within the Abitibi Greenstone Belt, a world-class Archean gold district. The adjacent Gowest property's deposit is characterized by gold mineralization within a broad, altered structural zone, with higher-grade concentrations along shear zone margins. This geological setting suggests significant potential for new discoveries on Noble's newly acquired claims.

CEO H. Vance White expressed enthusiasm: "We are pleased to be proceeding with the purchase of prospective mining claims in Ontario. Noble believes these projects offer significant potential for new discoveries and continued exploration success."

This acquisition comes on the heels of Noble's recently completed plan of arrangement, which became effective May 27, 2026. Under the arrangement, shareholders exchanged each Old Noble Share for one New Noble Share and a pro rata portion of 9,000,000 common shares of Homeland Nickel Inc., based on an exchange ratio of approximately 0.034060787614. The company used Homeland Nickel's closing price of $0.39 per share on May 26, 2026, to value the distribution, treating the same amount as a return of capital. Noble disclaims responsibility for individual shareholders' tax treatments and encourages seeking independent advice.

Noble holds extensive exploration rights across Northern Ontario, Quebec, and Newfoundland, including ~70,000 hectares in Northern Ontario and ~14,000 hectares elsewhere. Its flagship Project 81 in the Timmins-Cochrane area hosts diversified drill-ready targets. This acquisition aligns with Noble's strategy to consolidate prospective ground near known deposits, enhancing its exploration portfolio.

The North Bradshaw Property's proximity to the Gowest deposit, which has established resources, underscores the potential for Noble to leverage existing geological knowledge. The company's ability to buy back part of the royalty provides future flexibility.

As Noble integrates this new property, investors will watch for exploration plans that could unlock value in this historically productive region. The company's ongoing commitment to advancing its assets, combined with this strategic addition, positions it for potential growth in the gold sector.
