Nicolet Law's State Fair Booth Builds Community Ties and Brand Reach

Nicolet Law Accident & Injury Lawyers hosted an interactive booth at the 2026 Minnesota State Fair, which ran from Aug. 27 through Labor Day, Sept. 7. The 12-day event provided the firm with a platform to meet fairgoers, share information about its work across the Midwest, and distribute merchandise and prizes. The booth was located outside the Agriculture Horticulture Building, just off Judson Avenue, between the Veterans Garden and the Circle Adopt-A-Garden, and directly across from the International Bazaar. Visitors could spend time at the firm's branded van and tent, pick up Nicolet Law merchandise, and spin a prize wheel for a chance to win giveaways.

The appearance reflects the "Be Kind. Do Good." philosophy that guides the firm's community involvement. Founded in 2007 in Hudson, Wisconsin, Nicolet Law has grown to serve injured people across Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa, and Indiana. The firm uses events like the State Fair to connect with the neighbors it represents. "The State Fair is one of the most exciting gatherings in Minnesota, and it was a great chance to meet our neighbors face to face," said Russell Nicolet, President of Nicolet Law. "We were not there to hand out legal advice between corn dogs. We were there to say hello, have some fun, and let people know that if the unexpected happens, they do not have to face it alone."

Alongside the main booth, the firm's Midwest Motorcycle Lawyers team had its own presence at the Fair. Led by partner Drew Epperly, known as The Midwest's Motorcycle Lawyer, the group represents injured riders across the region and knows the motorcycle community from the inside. The Midwest Motorcycle Lawyers hosted a separate table with its own merchandise and a bike giveaway, and the team served as the main sponsor of the Fair's motorcycle parking lot. "Riders look out for one another, and that is the same spirit we try to bring to our work," said Epperly. "Sponsoring the motorcycle lot and meeting riders at the Fair was a natural fit for a team that rides too."

This community engagement matters because it humanizes a law firm that has expanded to 28 offices across five states. In a competitive legal market, face-to-face interactions at a beloved regional event like the Minnesota State Fair help build trust and name recognition. For potential clients who may one day need legal representation after a car, truck, or motorcycle crash, wrongful death claim, or other negligence-based case, meeting the firm in a relaxed, festive setting can reduce the intimidation factor often associated with lawyers. It also signals that Nicolet Law is invested in the communities it serves, not just in the courtroom.

Furthermore, the dedicated presence of the Midwest Motorcycle Lawyers team underscores a targeted outreach to a specific community with unique legal needs. By sponsoring the motorcycle parking lot and offering a bike giveaway, the firm demonstrates an understanding of rider culture and a commitment to advocating for injured riders. This niche focus can be crucial for motorcyclists who often face bias after accidents and need an attorney who understands their perspective. The State Fair booth, therefore, was not just a marketing exercise but a strategic move to strengthen relationships and visibility among key demographics.

Nicolet Law looks forward to future years of greeting fairgoers at the State Fair and offering the chance to say hello and learn about the firm. The firm's ongoing community involvement, including scholarships and charitable giving, aligns with its "Be Kind. Do Good." philosophy. For those seeking more information, the firm can be reached at 1-855-NICOLET or through its website. As Nicolet Law continues to grow, its presence at events like the Minnesota State Fair will likely remain a cornerstone of its community outreach, reinforcing that legal help is accessible and that clients do not have to face unexpected challenges alone.
