Nevada Organic Phosphate Extends Murdock Mountain Strike Beyond 3 Kilometers

Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. (CSE: NOP; OTCQB: NOPFF) has announced a significant expansion of its Murdock Mountain project in Nevada, with drill hole MM26-10 intersecting the Meade Peak Member and extending the confirmed strike length of the target phosphate horizon to more than 3 kilometers. This follows a 1.5-kilometer step-out, which underscores the continuity and scale of the phosphate system.

The company reported that preliminary core logging identified oolitic textures consistent with the Upper Phosphate Zone, supporting its geological model. Laboratory assay results are expected following validation, which will provide further details on the grade and thickness of the intersection. The successful step-out strengthens confidence in the project's potential, as exploration continues across additional project areas.

Management also noted that it is transitioning to a new drilling contractor after experiencing equipment, staffing, and logistics delays. The company expects drilling productivity to improve as operations advance, which could accelerate the pace of exploration and development.

The Murdock Mountain project is situated in northeast Nevada, where Nevada Organic Phosphate holds an organic sedimentary raw rock phosphate bed that is 6.6 kilometers long. Additional applications extend the potential strike of rock phosphate to over 30 kilometers. This is believed to be the only known large-scale organic sedimentary phosphate project in North America, located near the main highway to Montello/Elko and close to the rail head to California.

The extension of the strike length beyond 3 kilometers is a key milestone for the company, as it demonstrates the project's scalability and the potential for a significant resource. The confirmation of the phosphate horizon over a longer distance enhances the project's attractiveness and could have implications for future resource estimates and development plans.
