At today’s Annual General Meeting of mobilezone holding ag, 41.26 percent of all shares, representing 58.18 percent of the registered shares entitled to vote, were represented. The shareholders approved all proposals submitted by the Board of Directors, including a dividend of CHF 0.90 per share, payable on 17 April 2026, with the ex-dividend date set for 15 April 2026. This maintains the same dividend level as the previous year, reflecting the company’s consistent financial performance.

Among other resolutions, shareholders granted discharge to the members of the Board of Directors and the Executive Management, approved the Non-Financial Report for the 2025 financial year, and re-elected Olaf Swantee as Chairman, along with Lea Sonderegger, Markus Bernhard, and Andreas Wyss to the Board of Directors.
