Medios AG Appoints Katrin Neuffer as New Head of Investor Relations and Communications

Medios AG, a leading specialty pharma provider in Europe, announced the appointment of Katrin Neuffer as Director Investor Relations & Communications, effective immediately. Neuffer, who brings nearly two decades of experience in capital markets communications, will oversee the company's interactions with investors, analysts, media, and the public. She succeeds Claudia Nickolaus, who has led the department and will now hand over the reins.

Neuffer's career includes a notable tenure at SDAX-listed Wacker Neuson SE, where she served as Head of Investor Relations & Corporate Communications from 2007 to 2018, guiding the company through its IPO and establishing it as a consistently attractive investment. She also led the Strategy and Sustainability departments there. Subsequently, she held the role of Vice President Investor Relations & Corporate Communications and Marketing at Exyte Group, where she was responsible for preparing an IPO with a targeted market capitalization of over EUR 2 billion. Since 2020, she has been an independent consultant supporting publicly listed companies in investor relations, IPO preparation, and crisis communication.

The appointment comes at a pivotal time for Medios, as the company aims to reposition itself in the capital markets. Thomas Meier, CEO of Medios AG, expressed confidence in Neuffer's abilities: "With Katrin Neuffer, we are gaining a proven capital markets expert who has guided publicly listed companies through decisive phases of development, from IPOs to strategic repositioning. Her experience will help us reposition Medios in the capital markets and intensify our dialogue with investors, analysts, and the media."

Neuffer's predecessor, Claudia Nickolaus, played a key role in building Medios' investor relations activities, from financial reporting and ESG communications to the company's first Capital Markets Day in 2022. Meier thanked Nickolaus for her years of dedication and professionalism, acknowledging her significant contributions.

This leadership change signals Medios' strategic focus on enhancing its communication with the financial community. The company has a series of key events in the 2026 financial year, including the Half-Year Financial Report on August 12, participation in the Berenberg and Goldman Sachs 15th German Corporate Conference in Munich from September 21 to 23, the Medios Capital Markets Day on September 28/29, and the Quarterly Statement on November 10.

Medios operates as a leading specialty pharma provider in Europe, with locations in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Spain. The company supports key partners in the supply chain with innovative solutions and services, focusing on individualized medicine. As Germany's first listed specialty pharmaceutical company, its shares are listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange's regulated market (Prime Standard) and included in the SDAX index.
