Masterflex SE Reports Record Earnings for Fiscal Year 2025, Meets Forecast

Masterflex SE (ISIN: DE0005492938) has released preliminary figures for the 2025 financial year, reporting record earnings and confirming its earlier forecast. The company achieved consolidated revenue of EUR 102.6 million, a 4.6% increase from the previous year's EUR 98.1 million. Operating EBITDA rose 7.4% to EUR 19.5 million, while operating EBIT increased 9.8% to EUR 14.0 million, both setting new records. EBIT reached EUR 13.7 million, up 9.2% from EUR 12.5 million in 2024, within the forecast range of EUR 12 million to EUR 15 million.

The strong performance was driven by the US subgroup and dynamic demand growth in medical technology, which increased its share of consolidated revenue from 18% in 2024 to 21% in 2025. Despite economic headwinds, particularly in Germany, demand in industrial customer sectors and the trading business declined only moderately. The order backlog remained stable at EUR 19.8 million, consistent with the previous year.

Masterflex also strengthened its financial position significantly. The equity ratio improved to 73.3% from 67.7%, and net debt was reduced to EUR 2.7 million from EUR 9.0 million, resulting in a debt ratio of 0.1 (net debt/EBITDA), down from 0.5. CEO Dr. Andreas Bastin commented, "Despite a continuing challenging economic environment, we met our forecasts in the 2025 financial year, achieved solid revenue growth and slightly increased our profitability thanks to continuous efficiency improvements. The development of our medical technology business and the further strengthening of our balance sheet are particularly pleasing."

Start-up costs for a new site in Morocco and currency losses impacted earnings but were offset by operational gains. The operating EBIT margin improved to 13.6% from 13.0% in the prior year. The preliminary figures are subject to confirmation by auditors and approval by the Supervisory Board. The full 2025 consolidated financial statements and the 2026 forecast will be published on 31 March 2026. Masterflex SE, which specializes in connection and hose systems, is listed in the Prime Standard of the German Stock Exchange.
