LR Health & Beauty SE, a leading European social commerce company for nutritional supplements and beauty products, has published its final annual report for the 2025 financial year, confirming the preliminary sales and earnings figures announced earlier. The report details a year of strategic transition, marked by financial restructuring and investments aimed at optimizing production, logistics, and sales.
For the full year 2025, the LR Group generated sales (revenue from goods sold) of EUR 277.1 million, compared with EUR 289.2 million in 2024. The reported EBITDA for 2025 stood at EUR 16.5 million, down from EUR 27.3 million in the previous year. However, this decline was primarily due to one-off effects from the reorganization of the financing structure. On a normalized basis, EBITDA for 2025 was EUR 22.5 million, versus EUR 32.6 million in 2024. These figures underscore the company's solid financial footing, which provides the scope to consistently advance its strategic initiatives.
Jörg Körfer, CEO of LR Health & Beauty SE, commented: “The 2026 financial year is a transitional year for LR, during which we have laid the groundwork – both financially and strategically – for sustainable business growth and performance. The newly established financing structure gives us the momentum we need to continue to consistently pursue the initiatives we have launched in production, logistics and sales in the second half of the year. In this context, we are committed to working closely with our partners and are continuing to expand these relationships internationally.”
A key strategic pillar for LR is expanding in-house production. As part of its measures, the company is investing over EUR 2 million in a new, high-performance production line, which will centralize the manufacture of the 5in1 product category entirely at its site in Ahlen. This includes established products such as the LR 5in1 Beauty Elixir and LR 5in1 Men’s Shot. The new production facility is designed to have an annual capacity of up to 40 million units and will also facilitate further product innovations in modern nutritional supplement concepts.
