LataMed AI and IVIC Partner to Develop Digital Platform for Laboratory Services

LataMed AI Corp. (OTC: LMED), a healthcare technology company focused on digital health and artificial intelligence solutions for Latin America, has entered into an agreement with the Venezuelan Institute for Scientific Research (IVIC) to develop a digital platform module. The module aims to streamline access to designated laboratory and scientific services for authorized business and institutional users.

Under the agreement, LataMed AI's Venezuelan subsidiary, LATAMEDAI VE, will collaborate with IVIC on the design, development, testing, and implementation of a digital interface. This interface is intended to allow users to request available laboratory services, schedule appointments, monitor the status of submitted requests, access approved reports and documentation, and complete authorized payment-related processes. The proposed module is designed to provide a centralized digital workflow for organizations in sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, food production, agriculture, and related industries.

The specific services available through the platform will be determined by IVIC, with implementation adhering to technical, operational, security, and legal requirements established by both parties. LataMed AI will begin by defining functional requirements, user-access procedures, data architecture, payment workflows, and document-management capabilities, alongside a phased testing and implementation process. Procedures for handling, transmitting, storing, and accessing laboratory-related information will also be established.

Dr. Kevin Rodan Levy, CEO of LataMed AI, stated, “This agreement represents an opportunity to apply our technology to an important area of scientific and enterprise service delivery. Our objective is to work with IVIC to develop a responsible digital framework that makes it easier for authorized users to request services, manage appointments, monitor processes, and access approved information through a centralized platform.”

Management believes this initiative could expand LataMed AI's capabilities beyond patient-facing telemedicine by demonstrating how its technology can support institutional and enterprise workflows involving healthcare, scientific services, laboratory coordination, and digital documentation. The project aligns with the Company's broader strategy of developing digital infrastructure that connects patients, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, insurers, payment providers, wellness organizations, institutions, and other participants in the healthcare and scientific-services ecosystem.

If successfully implemented, the module may provide a framework adaptable for other institutional and enterprise service environments in Venezuela and elsewhere in Latin America. However, any future expansion would depend on separate agreements, technical readiness, regulatory requirements, and institutional needs. The agreement establishes the framework for development and evaluation but does not guarantee specific implementation dates, user adoption levels, service volumes, revenue, profitability, or expansion. The Company will provide updates as development progresses.
