LaFleur Minerals Reports Strong Gold Mineralization at Depth in Swanson Deposit, Expanding Growth Potential

LaFleur Minerals Inc. (CSE: LFLR) (OTCQB: LFLRF) has reported additional infill diamond drilling results from its Swanson Gold Deposit, with assays showing broad mineralized zones and high-grade sub-intervals. The results continue to support the expansion of mineralization at depth and along strike, increasing confidence in the project’s growth potential beyond the current resource estimate. According to Chairman Kal Malhi, the company has intersected some of the strongest and widest gold mineralization to date at the Swanson Gold Project, indicating the presence of broad zones extending beyond the limits of the current open pit resource and highlighting the emergence of a potentially much larger gold system.

The latest results include visible gold encountered across several newly reported drill holes. These findings are significant as they suggest the deposit may be larger than previously modeled, with implications for future resource updates and development planning. The Swanson Gold Project, located in the Abitibi Gold Belt near Val-d’Or, Québec, covers approximately 19,214 hectares and includes several gold and critical metals prospects. The project is easily accessible by road, providing direct access to nearby gold mills, including LaFleur’s recently refurbished Beacon Gold Mill, which is capable of processing over 750 tonnes per day.

LaFleur Minerals recently released a positive Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) for the Swanson Gold Project and the planned restart of the Beacon Gold Mill. The company’s strategy focuses on advancing district-scale gold projects, with the Swanson deposit and the mill offering significant potential to deliver long-term value. The consolidation of a large land package along a major structural break that hosts the Swanson, Bartec, and Jolin gold deposits further enhances the project's development potential.
