LaFleur Minerals Appoints Three Directors to Advance Swanson Gold Project and Beacon Mill Restart

LaFleur Minerals Inc. (CSE: LFLR) (OTCQB: LFLRF) (FSE: 3WK0) has appointed Paul Ténière, Peter Espig and Jeff Swinoga to its board of directors, bolstering its governance and strategic oversight as the company advances the Swanson Gold Project and prepares to restart gold production at the Beacon Gold Mill in Val-d'Or, Quebec. The appointments come at a pivotal time as LaFleur focuses on district-scale gold development in the Abitibi Gold Belt.

Paul Ténière brings over 30 years of experience in mining operations, project development and corporate strategy, having held senior positions at major mining companies. Peter Espig has extensive capital markets expertise, having advised numerous mining companies on financing and strategic transactions. Jeff Swinoga adds deep corporate leadership experience, including roles in governance and risk management. The new directors will support LaFleur's next phase of project development and planned production restart.

Concurrently, Preet Gill and Harveer Sidhu resigned from the board effective March 15, 2026. The company expressed gratitude for their contributions.

LaFleur is advancing the Swanson Gold Project, an 18,304-hectare (183 km²) land package along a major structural break that hosts the Swanson, Bartec and Jolin gold deposits, along with several other showings. The project is easily accessible by road, providing direct access to several nearby gold mills, enhancing its development potential. The company's fully permitted and refurbished Beacon Gold Mill, capable of processing over 750 tonnes per day, is being considered for processing mineralized material from Swanson and for custom milling operations for other nearby gold projects.

The appointments signal LaFleur's commitment to strengthening its board as it transitions from exploration to development and production. The new directors' combined expertise in mining operations, capital markets and corporate governance will be instrumental in guiding the company through its next growth phase.
