Mitchell as the firm's first female attorney in its history. Mitchell, a Marietta native, brings a distinctive background to her new role. She attended Mount Paran Christian School and earned two bachelor's degrees from the University of Georgia in Political Science and International Affairs. She graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2025, where she served on the editorial board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law, was Treasurer of the Georgia Student Trial Lawyers Association, and participated in the Criminal Defense Practicum. Her legal experience includes practicing insurance defense, giving her firsthand insight into how insurance companies and defendants evaluate and defend injury claims.
This experience now informs her approach to representing injured individuals and families. "Personal injury law is about more than the legal process," Mitchell said.
