Jazmin Ramirez to Lead Marketing for Women in HVACR, Bringing Trades Experience to 1,200-Member Organization

Jazmin Ramirez, Executive Director of Growth at CI Web Group, has been named Marketing Chair for Women in HVACR, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration industry. The appointment places Ramirez on the organization's Board of Directors, where she will lead the committee responsible for promoting Women in HVACR and supporting communications across its more than 1,200 members.

Ramirez brings nearly a decade of home services marketing and growth leadership to the role, along with direct trades experience. Before joining CI Web Group, she worked inside plumbing and HVAC companies, advancing from customer-facing positions into operations and marketing. In her current role, she oversees sales and the customer lifecycle for CI Web Group, an AI-enabled marketing agency built for the trades.

"This role is an opportunity to help more women know what Women in HVACR has to offer and how they can be part of it," Ramirez said. "There is already so much great work happening across the organization. I'm excited to help tell those stories, expand our reach and make sure more women across the industry know these resources are here for them."

The significance of Ramirez's appointment extends beyond a single leadership change. Women in HVACR has grown to more than 1,200 members since its founding in 2002, providing networking, mentoring, education, scholarships and professional development opportunities. As Marketing Chair, Ramirez will lead efforts to amplify those resources, collaborate with other committees on press and industry outreach, manage the organization's newsletter, and promote its annual conference and educational programs.

Her background in the trades gives her a unique perspective on the challenges contractors face and the barriers women may encounter in the industry. That understanding is critical for marketing that resonates with both current and prospective members. "I've watched Jazmin take her deep understanding of the trades and grow into an incredible leader in this industry," said Jennifer Bagley, CEO of CI Web Group. "She understands the challenges contractors face, she knows how to bring people together, and she cares deeply about helping others succeed. I can't think of a better person to help lead the marketing efforts for Women in HVACR."

The appointment also underscores the broader trend of women taking on visible leadership roles in an industry historically dominated by men. By leveraging her marketing expertise, Ramirez can help Women in HVACR expand its reach, attract new members and strengthen its position as a vital resource for women across the HVACR sector. For an organization focused on connection and advancement, effective marketing is essential to ensuring that more women know about the support available to them.

As the industry continues to face labor shortages and evolving workforce demands, initiatives like Women in HVACR play a crucial role in attracting and retaining talent. Ramirez's leadership in marketing will be instrumental in communicating that message to a wider audience. Her appointment signals a commitment to growth and visibility for an organization that has already made a significant impact over the past two decades.
