IVU Traffic Technologies AG Enhances Transparency and Dialogue with Capital Market Amid Improved Profitability

IVU Traffic Technologies AG (ISIN DE0007448508), a leading provider of software and IT solutions for bus and rail companies, announced plans to enhance transparency and dialogue with the capital market through faster reporting and new communication formats. The company, which raised its earnings outlook last week based on strong preliminary results for the first half of 2026, aims to make its business performance more visible to investors and analysts.

In an ad hoc announcement on July 20, 2026, IVU reported a significant improvement in its first-half results. Operating profit (EBIT) rose to EUR 3.3 million from EUR 1.0 million in the same period last year, driven by growth in recurring revenue and initial successes from efficiency measures. This prompted the Executive Board to raise its full-year 2026 EBIT outlook to approximately EUR 22 million, up from the previous EUR 20 million (actual 2025: EUR 18.6 million). The outlook for consolidated revenue of over EUR 160 million and gross profit of approximately EUR 130 million remains unchanged. The company will publish its final half-year report on August 27, 2026.

Starting in the third quarter of 2026, IVU will accelerate its fast-close processes, moving up reporting dates by about two weeks. Results for the first nine months of 2026 will be published on November 5, 2026. All reports will be available on the company's investor relations website at https://www.ivu.com/en/investors/financial-reports.

Also beginning in Q3 2026, IVU will introduce interim analyst conference calls as standard practice, allowing investors and analysts to discuss earnings performance with the Executive Board in English. Additional in-person and digital communication formats are planned. “We have demonstrated in recent years that our business model is viable and scalable. The preliminary figures for the first half of 2026 and the resulting upward revision of our full-year outlook strongly underscore this. Now is the time to make this strength even more visible on the capital markets - with greater transparency, more dialogue, and greater consistency in our communications,” said Petra Meiser, CFO of IVU Traffic Technologies AG.
