Ironman International Provides Operational Update, Announces New Pipe Inspection Division and OTCQB Upgrade

Ironman International Ltd. (TSX-V: IMI; OTCQB: IMITF) provided an update on its operations and business activities, highlighting a robust bidding season, the establishment of a new division, and a stock exchange upgrade. The company’s strategy centers on business fundamentals, growth, and strategic alignment of staff and suppliers to deliver customer value.

During the winter months, Ironman’s directional drilling segment prepared for the upcoming peak season through training programs and job bidding. The company submitted over 220 bids in December 2025 and January 2026, targeting projects in British Columbia, Alberta, Northwest Territories, Alaska, and the continental United States. Management anticipates a strong workflow for fiscal 2026, supported by a dedicated workforce, owned equipment, and an internal maintenance department that enables agility in handling diverse job conditions.

Ironman’s telecom segment, Lite Access, provides stable year-round revenues in the Greater Vancouver Area. The company has kept crews busy this winter due to a full work pipeline. Based on audited financials for FY2024 and subsequent quarterly reports, directional drilling operations saw significant growth from expansion into Alaska. Ironman will announce FY2025 revenues and FY2026 guidance in March, covering both telecom and directional drilling operations.

The company has doubled its staff from FY2024 to FY2025 and continues to reinvest earnings into training, capital asset purchases, and new service segments. A new division, Ironman Pipe Inspection (Ironman PI), has been established to provide comprehensive inspection services for critical pipeline systems. Leveraging Ironman’s civil works background and existing customer networks, Ironman PI aims to support utility projects across North America and prevent expensive delays by performing location services on company projects.

In a corporate update, Ironman noted that incentive stock options were awarded to directors, officers, employees, and consultants in November 2025 to align interests with shareholders. The company enters 2026 with a motivated team focused on delivering high-quality services and driving growth through relentless execution and disciplined expansion.

Effective February 18, 2026, Ironman’s common shares were upgraded to trade on the OTCQB Venture Market under the symbol IMITF. The company continues to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol IMI.

Forward-looking statements in the release involve risks and uncertainties, including market conditions, integration risks, and project execution factors, as detailed in the company’s information circular available on SEDAR+.
