innoscripta SE Reports Strong H1 2026 Results, Driven by R&D Tax Allowance Demand and International Expansion

innoscripta SE, a provider of the Clusterix software platform for managing research and development (R&D) activities, has announced a robust financial performance for the first half of 2026. Revenue increased by 43% compared to the same period in 2025, reaching EUR 63.1 million. Adjusted EBIT, excluding EUR 535 thousand in non-recurring expenses related to corporate restructuring and group establishment, rose by 49% to EUR 36.4 million, yielding an adjusted EBIT margin of 57.7%. On an unadjusted basis, EBIT stood at EUR 35.9 million with a margin of 56.9%.

The company attributes its growth primarily to the German R&D tax allowance (Forschungszulage), which has driven customer acquisition. The number of innoscripta customers exceeded 2,900 during the first half of the year. This demand has been supported by the continued enhancement of Clusterix, which serves as the central infrastructure for project structuring, data management, and application submissions. The platform now enables automated data validation, higher data quality, and faster, more standardized processes. This harmonization of workflows across markets provides a technological foundation for international scaling.

International expansion progressed as planned. innoscripta opened its first office in France near Toulouse and has already signed customer contracts. The company entered the UK market with a location in Manchester as of July 1, 2026, and has begun serving initial clients in the United States. The flexibility of Clusterix in adapting to different regulatory requirements has been key to efficient market entry. Additionally, the company opened an office in Hamburg to support regional growth.

Management has confirmed its guidance for the full year 2026, expecting revenue of at least EUR 140 million and EBIT of at least EUR 80 million, assuming consistent timing of customer application submissions and approvals. Detailed financial results are available in the Half-Year Report on the company's website in the Investors section. A virtual earnings call will be held today at 3:00 p.m. CEST, with dial-in details available under Investor Events.

This strong performance underscores the increasing importance of digitized R&D management, as companies seek to optimize innovation processes and benefit from government incentives. innoscripta's ability to scale internationally while maintaining high margins positions it well in the growing SaaS market for R&D tax compliance.
