This board will provide guidance for upcoming research and a virtual event focused on the evolving talent acquisition landscape. The research will examine how organizations assess the effectiveness of their talent acquisition functions, the challenges they encounter, and the strategies, technologies, tools, and metrics they rely on to attract and hire talent. It will also explore how today's technology impacts the candidate and recruiter experience.
