The system was developed in direct response to market challenges, combining advanced materials, controlled manufacturing processes, and design improvements.

Central to the design is a unique integrated friction layer that accommodates more aggressive brake pad compounds while extending disc life. The system is produced using a slower, precision-controlled manufacturing process that minimizes impurities and promotes uniform silicon infiltration, resulting in a higher-grade silicon carbide structure.
