The studio is a collaboration between two licensed nail technicians who operate their individual businesses—Scorpioxnailss and Hands of Aqua—within the same space. The opening expands nail service options in the region, offering specialized techniques such as builder gel, gel-x, and acrylic sets.
Both Cardenas and Gray attended manicure school in the Dallas area and share a goal of helping women feel beautiful and confident. Cardenas, who has over six years of experience, started Scorpioxnailss inspired by her daughter. She specializes in builder/hard gel and gel-x sets, which provide a natural look with added strength and length. Gray, also with six years of experience, founded Hands of Aqua to combine her passion for nails with creativity and faith. She offers acrylic nail sets and natural nail care, emphasizing that every set is "wearable art."
Haus of Zodiac Studio is accepting new clients by appointment only. Hands of Aqua operates Tuesday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5:45 p.m., while Scorpioxnailss hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Appointments can be scheduled through Instagram via Scorpioxnailss or Hands of Aqua. To celebrate the opening, both technicians are offering 15% discounts for first-time clients who mention the press release.
