The facility, which replaces the previous Genesis of Merrillville location, consolidates all sales, service, and parts operations under one roof and reflects the brand's commitment to modern luxury and customer-centric hospitality.
The showroom's design embodies the Genesis philosophy, featuring expansive natural light, a dedicated interior Zen garden, and a hospitality-focused environment rooted in the Korean principle of 'son-nim' – treating every visitor as an honored guest. The dealership includes 12 service bays staffed by Genesis-certified technicians, with a glass wall allowing customers to observe their vehicles being serviced. Additionally, four Level 3 DC fast chargers are available around the clock, catering to owners of Genesis's growing lineup of electric vehicles.
The opening comes on the heels of J.D. Power's latest Initial Quality Study, which ranked Genesis second in the industry, behind only Porsche. This recognition highlights the brand's rapid rise in the luxury automotive sector, known for its combination of craftsmanship, advanced technology, and value.
