Generation Uranium Secures CSE Listing, Delists from TSXV

VANCOUVER, BC - Generation Uranium Inc. (TSXV: GEN, OTCQB: GENRF, FRA: W85) announced today that it has received final listing approval from the Listing Committee of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the “CSE”). The company’s common shares will begin trading on the CSE on July 24, 2026, under the symbol “GEN,” while continuing to be quoted on the OTCQB Venture Market under “GENRF” and listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under “W85.” This move follows the company’s voluntary delisting from the TSX Venture Exchange.

The transition to the CSE is expected to provide Generation Uranium with a more streamlined regulatory environment and potentially lower costs, which could benefit the company as it advances its exploration projects. Generation Uranium is a Canadian exploration company focused on advancing high-quality uranium assets in premier jurisdictions. Its flagship Yath Project is located in Nunavut’s Angilak district, one of Canada’s most active and rapidly emerging uranium camps. Historic work at the Yath Project has reported surface samples with grades up to 9.8% U3O8 and drill intercepts including 1.0 meter at 0.224% U3O8 from 25.5 meters in drillhole BOG-8-80.

The company’s growing portfolio of high-priority targets in a well-understood uranium district positions Generation Uranium to make discoveries that could contribute to the future global supply of clean nuclear energy. With increasing global demand for clean energy sources and uranium prices remaining elevated, the company’s focus on exploration in the Angilak district aligns with broader industry trends.
