FingerMotion Inc. (NASDAQ: FNGR) is making strides in the enterprise AI compute sector, as its investee Lyken AI Computing Inc. (Lyken.AI) has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Singapore-based SWARMNET SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. The agreement outlines an indicative framework for Lyken to lease, host, manage, or otherwise provide a 128-node NVIDIA B300 AI compute cluster to Swarmnet for inference workloads. This arrangement also includes token optimization services and related commercial terms.
The MOU is a significant development for FingerMotion, which acquired a 9.9% interest in Lyken in an all-stock transaction valued at $500,000, closed on Aug. 17, 2026. The contemplated deal is set for an indicative five-year term, but its completion hinges on Lyken securing sufficient funding, the execution of definitive agreements, and other conditions. The aggregate indicative revenues will be determined and disclosed upon the signing of definitive agreements.
This move underscores FingerMotion's strategic pivot into the rapidly growing AI infrastructure market. As enterprises increasingly adopt AI-driven solutions, the demand for high-performance computing clusters for inference workloads is surging. The NVIDIA B300, a state-of-the-art GPU, is designed to handle complex inference tasks with high efficiency, making it a critical asset for AI service providers.
FingerMotion, primarily known for its mobile payment and recharge platform solutions in China, is leveraging its investment in Lyken to diversify its revenue streams and capitalize on the AI boom. The company's vision is to build a highly engaged ecosystem of users, and the AI compute venture could open new avenues for growth beyond its core mobile services.
Industry analysts view this MOU as a positive signal for FingerMotion's long-term strategy. "The AI compute market is expected to grow exponentially over the next few years," said a market analyst. "By positioning itself through Lyken, FingerMotion is tapping into a lucrative segment that could significantly boost its financial performance."
However, the non-binding nature of the MOU and the conditions attached to it introduce a level of uncertainty. Lyken must secure the necessary funding to acquire and operate the NVIDIA B300 cluster, which is a substantial capital investment. Additionally, the execution of definitive agreements will be crucial to finalize the terms and revenue figures.
For now, investors are watching closely as FingerMotion navigates this new venture. The company's ability to successfully execute this agreement could set a precedent for future AI-related investments and partnerships. As the AI landscape evolves, FingerMotion's proactive approach may position it as a key player in the intersection of mobile technology and enterprise AI.
