Fifty5 Rivers Celebrates Sixth Anniversary with Launch of New Cafe

Six years after its founding, Fifty5 Rivers is marking its anniversary with a major expansion: the introduction of Fifty5 Rivers Cafe, scheduled to open this fall inside the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce Business Success Center. The new cafe represents the company's first dine-in hospitality concept, combining its signature beverages with food offerings in a space designed for community and collaboration.

Co-founders James and Lynne Mowery said the cafe is the next step in their vision of creating places where connections flourish. 'When we founded Fifty5 Rivers six years ago, we set out with a simple vision: to create exceptional handcrafted beverages while building meaningful connections within our community,' they said. 'Opening Fifty5 Rivers Cafe inside the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce Business Success Center is more than an expansion. It is the creation of a place where those connections can continue to grow.'

The company's growth has been deliberate, expanding through manufacturing, grab-and-go service, mobile hospitality, and wholesale. Its production facility in Fairborn houses Fifty5 Rivers Cold Brew, where beverages are crafted for retail, wholesale, and events. Patrons can currently enjoy these offerings at Conflooence by Fifty5 Rivers, a grab-and-go coffee shop inside the production facility, or aboard the Fifty5 Rivers BARge, a mobile beverage service for festivals and private events.

The cafe will complement these existing operations, which will continue to serve the Miami Valley. Construction is underway, with the grand opening expected this fall. Additional details about the opening celebration will be announced in the coming months.

The choice of the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce Business Success Center was intentional, aligning with Fifty5 Rivers' RIVER values of Reliability, Inspiration, Value, Education, and Respect. The Chamber's focus on entrepreneurship, collaboration, and innovation mirrors the company's own principles. Wendy Rodgers, President and CEO of the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce, praised the partnership: 'Fifty5 Rivers embodies the innovative and community-focused spirit we envisioned becoming part of the Business Success Center. Their commitment to quality, hospitality, education, and meaningful relationships aligns beautifully with our mission to create an environment where businesses and people can thrive together.'

The Fifty5 Rivers story began with a mountain biking trip in Virginia, where James discovered cold brew coffee. That sparked a passion that has grown into a family of experiences. As the company enters its seventh year, it remains dedicated to crafting exceptional beverages while fostering meaningful connections. 'This new chapter is only the beginning,' the Mowerys said.
