Negocios Magazine has announced that Fernando Arellano-Geddes, CEO and Partner of PowerHouse Automotive Group, will be recognized with the ‘Automotive Leadership & Business Excellence Award’ at the 2026 Top Entrepreneur of USA Awards. The ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, October 8, at the EB Hotel Miami, bringing together approximately 120 entrepreneurs, CEOs, executives, investors, and professionals for an evening dedicated to business leadership.
The award acknowledges Arellano-Geddes’ more than three decades of experience in the automotive industry, his international expertise, and his ability to lead large-scale organizations. His professional career includes leadership positions with automotive brands and organizations, followed by the management of major automotive retail operations in the United States. During a previous stage, he led an organization that grew to operate 22 dealerships across Florida, Alabama, and Georgia, representing 16 automotive brands.
Currently, Arellano-Geddes leads PowerHouse Automotive Group, a new automotive retail organization with an accelerated growth strategy in the Southeastern United States. PowerHouse began with four Ford dealerships in Southwest Georgia—Ford Albany, Ford Americus, Ford Cordele, and Ford Sylvester—and has since added Chevrolet Sylvester. From its earliest months, the organization has focused on developing strong leadership teams, strengthening operations, and building a corporate culture based on transparency, service, and meaningful connections with the communities it serves.
Eduardo Hapke, Publisher of Negocios Magazine, stated, “For Negocios Magazine, it is a true honor to recognize Fernando Arellano-Geddes, an executive and entrepreneur with an extensive international career in the automotive industry who is now beginning a new chapter with PowerHouse Automotive Group. Fernando represents experience and leadership, as well as the ability to embark on a new entrepreneurial journey and build an organization with a renewed vision for growth.”
This distinction highlights not only Arellano-Geddes’ achievements over three decades but also his capacity to start anew and develop an organization with a growth strategy already yielding results. The event underscores the importance of recognizing business leaders who drive innovation and economic development in their industries.
