Elmos Semiconductor SE (FSE: ELG) held its Extraordinary General Meeting virtually on August 18, 2026, with over 82% of the voting share capital represented. The shareholders approved all agenda items by a large majority, with the primary focus on the elections to the Supervisory Board. Dr. Hans Diekmann and Dr. Christian Klaiber were elected to the Supervisory Board, effective January 1, 2027, for the remainder of the terms of Prof. Dr. Gunter Zimmer and Dr. Klaus Weyer, who are stepping down at the end of the year. This election completes the generational transition that was initiated in February 2026.

In addition, the shareholders elected Tobias Weyer, Guido Meyer, Dr. Hans Diekmann, and Dr. Christian Klaiber as shareholder representatives for the new term beginning in May 2027, with Philipp Halbach as an alternate member. This early election ensures continuity and planning certainty for the Supervisory Board's future work. The move reflects Elmos' commitment to maintaining a stable and experienced governance structure.
