DINZLER Coffee Launches in U.S. Exclusively Through One Stop German Shop

Bavarian coffee roaster DINZLER has made its first official entrance into the U.S. market through an exclusive distribution partnership with One Stop German Shop, the leading online retailer of German and Austrian specialties in North America. As of last week, seven varieties including “Premium Coffee”, “Classic”, “Roma” and “Il Gusto” are available exclusively through the One Stop German Shop online shop.

The partnership marks a significant milestone for DINZLER, a family-run roastery based in Irschenberg in the Bavarian Alps. Since 1950, the company has built a reputation for high-quality coffee and fair farming practices. With around 200 coffee experts, DINZLER sources its green beans directly from farmers and roasts them slowly and carefully, viewing coffee not merely as a beverage but as a cultural experience.

Thomas Hessler, founder and CEO of One Stop German Shop, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration. “Our collaboration with DINZLER is very close to my heart. DINZLER has stood for high-quality coffee and fair farming since 1950, and these values align perfectly with ours and our mission to bring authentic German products across the Atlantic,” he said. “I’m proud that American customers can now discover this special brand exclusively through us.”

Florian Unterleitner from DINZLER added, “We are proud to have found a partner in One Stop German Shop to distribute our coffee in the U.S. for the first time. Now we are eager to see if we can also win over American coffee lovers with our hand-roasted specialties.”

The exclusive availability through One Stop German Shop gives American consumers access to a brand that has been a staple in German households. The roastery, run by the Richter family, has operated its facility in Irschenberg since 2011. The company’s commitment to quality and sustainability aligns with growing consumer demand for ethically sourced and premium coffee products.

This launch is particularly important for German expatriates and enthusiasts of European coffee culture in the U.S., who previously had limited access to DINZLER products. One Stop German Shop, based in Little Ferry, New Jersey, has established itself as the go-to source for authentic German food, delicacies, sweets, and beverages, and the addition of DINZLER coffee strengthens its product lineup.

The partnership also signals a broader trend of European specialty brands entering the U.S. market through e-commerce. By leveraging One Stop German Shop's established logistics and customer base, DINZLER can test the American market without the significant investment required for a full-scale retail launch. For One Stop German Shop, exclusive partnerships like this help differentiate it from competitors and deepen its value proposition to customers.

As the U.S. coffee market continues to grow, with consumers increasingly seeking unique and high-quality options, DINZLER's entry could carve out a niche among those who appreciate European roasting traditions. The company’s direct sourcing and artisanal approach may appeal to coffee aficionados looking for something beyond mainstream offerings. The success of this exclusive arrangement could pave the way for more German brands to follow suit, further enriching the American specialty coffee landscape.
