CTS EVENTIM, a leading European ticketing and live entertainment company, reported a strong start to fiscal 2026, with consolidated revenue increasing 23.0% to €613.5 million in the first quarter, compared to the prior-year period. The Group’s adjusted EBITDA rose 18.5% to €118.9 million, maintaining a stable adjusted EBITDA margin of 19.4%. The results underscore the company’s continued growth trajectory, fueled by a robust performance in the Live Entertainment segment and sustained ticketing demand.
The Ticketing segment generated revenue of €219.0 million in the first three months of 2026, a 2.5% year-on-year increase. Adjusted EBITDA for the segment reached €89.8 million, up 1.2% from Q1 2025. The adjusted EBITDA margin remained nearly unchanged at 41.0%. Excluding the impact of changes in the partnership with Stage Entertainment—which was extended as a retail partnership in April 2026—ticketing revenue expanded by over 6%. This adjustment affected comparability with the prior-year quarter, but the underlying business continues to show resilience.
The Live Entertainment segment delivered exceptional results, with revenue surging 38.3% to €403.6 million. Adjusted EBITDA jumped 151.1% to €29.1 million, driving the adjusted EBITDA margin to 7.2%. This growth was primarily attributed to successful tours and events across multiple markets, including prominent US tours and high-demand events in Germany. Additionally, venue activities contributed positively, with the new Unipol Dome in Milan hosting 53 ice hockey matches during the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026, attracting over 400,000 fans.
