Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) ("CiTech") has provided an update to its executed Letter of Intent (LOI) with H. Cegielski – Poznan S.A. (HCP), a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (PGZ), to establish a long-term strategic partnership focused on the production and deployment of the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Central and Eastern Europe. The announcement marks a significant step in CiTech's international expansion strategy and aims to address the requirements of the Polish Armed Forces and NATO's Eastern Flank.
Under the LOI, CiTech CEO Brenton Scott visited HCP headquarters in Poznan between May 20-24 to progress commercial, technical, and logistical arrangements. The first Nexus 20 prototype unit has now been dispatched to HCP's Poznań facility and is expected to arrive in late July 2026 for technical evaluation, training, and Proof-of-Concept demonstrations with regional stakeholders. The scope of intended cooperation includes production and assembly, technology transfer, and strategic market expansion. HCP is expected to serve as a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms in the CEE region, leveraging its position within the PGZ Group, one of Poland's leading defence and industrial groups.

This collaboration is expected to strengthen regional security on NATO's Eastern Flank by providing rapid, autonomous infrastructure.
