Comedy Village NYC, located at 352 West 44th Street in Times Square, is set to host two special Pride Month comedy events: “People Be Gay... and Hilarious!” on Wednesday, June 24 at 8PM and “Celebrate Pride Feat” on Thursday, June 25 at 8PM. These shows aim to bring together laughter, identity, and community in the heart of New York City’s entertainment district.
The lineup features standout comedians including Harrison Greenbaum, known for appearances on America’s Got Talent, Conan, and Last Comic Standing; Jaye McBride, a trailblazing transgender comedian who performed at Madison Square Garden and was named to Vulture’s “Comedians You Should and Will Know” list in 2022; Akeem Woods, known for his charismatic and rhythmic style; Paula J. Leon; and Oscar Aydin. Together, they promise high-energy performances celebrating Pride Month.
“These shows are about celebrating Pride with laughter, visibility, and community,” said a Comedy Village representative. “New York City has always been a place where comedy, culture, and identity meet. Pride Month is the perfect time to bring people together for a night of big laughs, great energy, and unforgettable live entertainment in Times Square.”
