Carosella & Associates Expands Family Law Practice with Addition of Tina M. Weber, Esq.

Carosella & Associates, P.C., a prominent law firm in West Chester, Pennsylvania, announced the expansion of its Family Law practice with the addition of Tina M. Weber, Esq. Ms. Weber brings more than twenty years of legal experience to the firm, enhancing its ability to represent clients in Chester County, Delaware County, and surrounding communities.

The addition of Ms. Weber underscores Carosella & Associates' commitment to providing strategic legal representation in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, protection from abuse cases, adoptions, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Her extensive courtroom experience and client-focused approach align with the firm's dedication to delivering practical legal solutions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

Licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New York, Ms. Weber began her legal career as a trial attorney in Philadelphia, focusing on personal injury litigation. In 2001, she established her own law firm, where she developed a broad practice that includes family law, civil litigation, contracts, and labor law. This diverse background provides her with a comprehensive perspective when representing clients through complex domestic matters. Currently, she serves as a parent attorney for the Berks County Court of Common Pleas, advocating for the reunification of parents and children when appropriate.

Throughout her career, Ms. Weber has handled challenging and high-profile legal matters. She has advocated for victims of child sexual abuse while coordinating with prosecutors in New York and Massachusetts, provided testimony supporting New York's 2019 Child Victims Act before the state's Codes Committee, and successfully represented mothers wrongfully accused of Munchausen by proxy, helping to reunite families. Additionally, she has served as a Continuing Legal Education instructor for NITA and PEG, presenting programs on evidence, trial advocacy, and related topics for attorneys.

Vincent Carosella Jr., Senior Partner at Carosella & Associates, commented on the addition: "Welcoming Tina Weber to our firm represents an important investment in the continued growth of our Family Law practice. Her extensive litigation background, commitment to client advocacy, and decades of experience handling sensitive family law matters strengthen our ability to provide thoughtful, strategic representation for individuals and families throughout Pennsylvania."

The firm approaches family law matters with an understanding that legal issues often intersect with financial, business, real estate, and estate planning considerations. This multidisciplinary capability allows attorneys to develop comprehensive legal strategies that address clients' immediate concerns while supporting their long-term goals.

Ms. Weber is admitted to practice before the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New York, the U.S. Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She earned her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York and her Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School of Widener University.

As family law matters often involve significant personal and financial decisions, early legal guidance can help individuals better understand their options and develop an effective strategy. With the addition of Tina M. Weber, Esq., Carosella & Associates continues to strengthen its ability to provide responsive, compassionate, and strategic representation to clients throughout West Chester, Chester County, Delaware County, and surrounding Pennsylvania communities.

For more than 25 years, the team at Carosella & Associates has provided top-quality legal representation across many areas of law, including estate planning, business succession planning, commercial and residential real estate, zoning, contracts, bankruptcy, immigration, divorce, and criminal law.
