Pastor Jim Cymbala, senior pastor of the Brooklyn Tabernacle, and Carol Cymbala, Grammy Award–winning choir director, will host the Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire Conference from October 2 to 4, 2026, in New York City. The conference is designed to refresh and equip those serving in ministry through two specialized tracks: a teaching track for pastors, ministry leaders, and lay workers, and a music track for worship leaders, choir members, and music ministry teams.
“I’ve had the privilege of pastoring for more than five decades, and I know firsthand the challenges and blessings of ministry,” said Pastor Jim Cymbala. “The Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire Conference is about helping leaders and worship teams go home with a renewed heart and a fresh fire for what God has called them to do.”
Pastor Jim Cymbala is widely recognized for more than five decades of faithful pastoral leadership and for authoring best-selling works such as Fresh Wind, Fresh Fire; Fan the Flame; and Jesus Every Day. His ministry has inspired pastors and believers worldwide to deepen their commitment to prayer and biblical preaching. Carol Cymbala has led the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir to seven Grammy Awards, earning global recognition for worship marked by heartfelt, Spirit-led excellence.
“Music is a powerful tool for ministry,” noted Carol Cymbala. “My prayer is that every worship leader, singer, and musician who attends will encounter God’s presence in a life-changing way.”
Attendees will participate in dynamic worship services and receive practical ministry insights tailored to their chosen tracks. Those in the music track will also have the rare opportunity to rehearse and sing with the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, gaining hands-on experience in a world-class worship environment.
