BOXABL Highlights Nationwide Deployments of Its Modular Housing Systems

BOXABL Inc. (NASDAQ: BXBL), a technology company aiming to transform the housing market with its modular building systems, has highlighted a portfolio of completed and in-progress projects that demonstrate the nationwide deployment of its factory-built housing. The company's projects range from permanent installations and wildfire relief to short-term rental communities and eco-luxury cabin resorts, underscoring the versatility and growing acceptance of its modular approach.

Among the notable deployments is a permanent 12-unit park-model RV Casita installation at American Campground in Las Vegas, Nevada. In Pasadena, California, BOXABL provided wildfire relief support, deploying units to assist those affected by disasters. In Oklahoma City, a 12-unit stacked Casita project for Catholic Charities addresses affordable housing needs, while the 12-unit Pasadera short-term rental community near Oklahoma State University caters to student and visitor housing demands.

The company is also working with Horizons Getaways on a network of eco-luxury cabin resorts across multiple states. Ten units have already been delivered to locations in South Carolina and Texas, with additional sites planned in Tennessee, Florida, California, and Ohio. These projects highlight BOXABL's ability to scale production and meet diverse housing requirements.

BOXABL has secured approvals for its Casita Studio in Arizona, California, New Mexico, Nevada, South Carolina, and Texas, a critical step for regulatory compliance and market expansion. The company continues to develop additional housing configurations, including its prototype Baby Box and stackable and connectable models designed for townhomes, multifamily developments, and larger single-family homes.

Founded in 2017, BOXABL has raised over $230 million from more than 50,000 investors. The North Las Vegas-based company is dedicated to making housing affordable at mass-production scale. Its flagship product, the Casita, is a 361-square-foot studio unit with a full kitchen, bathroom, and utilities that unfolds on-site in under an hour. The company also offers the smaller 120-square-foot Baby Box and is developing stackable and connectable modules for larger structures.

BOXABL began trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the ticker symbol "BXBL" on July 20, 2026, following the completion of its business combination with FG Merger II Corp. The company's progress in deploying its housing systems across the country demonstrates the viability of modular construction in addressing housing shortages and disaster relief needs. As BOXABL expands its product lineup and obtains regulatory approvals, it is positioning itself to play a significant role in the future of housing.
