Beeline Holdings (NASDAQ: BLNE) has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire TYTL Corp. in an all-stock transaction, a move that would merge Beeline's AI-powered mortgage and settlement services with TYTL's blockchain-enabled residential equity infrastructure. The combined platform would allow qualified homeowners to tap into home equity without incurring additional debt, while giving institutional investors access to real estate-backed digital securities, according to the companies.
Management estimates an initial addressable market of approximately $1 trillion, based on qualifying U.S. homeowners. The two firms have spent more than a year integrating TYTL's Regulation D-compliant digital securities platform with Beeline's lending and title operations. TYTL has already completed its first blockchain-recorded residential equity transactions involving homes valued at more than $1 million, and its current portfolio is valued about 26% above aggregate acquisition cost.
Beeline said the combined company expects to generate higher revenue per transaction, build a treasury of real estate-backed digital assets, and create a revenue stream less dependent on interest rates. This strategic move comes as the mortgage industry faces fluctuating rates, and it positions Beeline to diversify its income sources.
