The model integrates traditional real estate closing processes with blockchain verification, targeting a U.S. housing market estimated at $110 trillion in property value with roughly $39 trillion in available homeowner equity. This partnership could unlock access to home equity for a broader range of investors, offering a new avenue for liquidity in a traditionally illiquid asset class.
