Bestselling author Jody Sharpe has issued a call for angel stories to be featured on her new YouTube channel and possibly in her next book. Sharpe, a 1st Place Winner of the 2023 National Association of Press Women's Communications Contest Award for Fiction For Adult Readers - Novellas, and the 2024 National Association of Press Women's Communications Contest For Fiction - Novellas, has been collecting angel encounters for years, weaving them into her popular Mystic Bay series.

“I have heard so many angel encounters from others that I've been compelled to tell them in my novellas and on my channel,” Sharpe stated. “I am writing a new novella, a prequel to the Mystic Bay series, and I will weave more of new stories people tell me and those of my own into the book.”
Her latest book, New Angel In Town, is based on stories she has heard throughout the years. In this book, a secret still lies in Mystic Bay, California, where angels live as humans. More miracles happen when Angel Ken and others help Ron, a new angel, as he swoops into town. Guardian Angel Ron flies down to live a human existence to make sure his charge, Evan, a boy in foster care, finds a forever home. Meanwhile, writer Noah Greenstreet is writing a film showcasing the townsfolk's angel encounters. With twists and turns and a bully to turn around, Angel Ron has to decide if he will stay in the harmonious town.
