Attorneys George Spanos and Laura Blum Named Co-Chairs of 2026 TTLA Domestic Law Forum

Rogers, Shea & Spanos announced that Partner George Spanos and Attorney Laura Blum have been selected as Co-Chairs for the 2026 Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA) Domestic Law Forum. The forum will take place on April 2, 2026, at the Hilton Hotel in Franklin, Tennessee, and will bring together legal professionals from across the state for a day of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits focusing on family law.

In addition to his role as Seminar Chair, George Spanos will serve as a featured speaker. A Board-Certified Family Trial Law Advocate, Spanos plans to share his expertise in complex domestic litigation, continuing his dedication to advancing legal education within the Tennessee bar. “We are honored to lead this year’s Domestic Law Forum,” said Spanos. “The TTLA is a vital organization for protecting the rights of Tennessee families, and this forum provides a critical platform for attorneys to stay at the forefront of evolving family law statutes and trial strategies.” Spanos is also a Partner and Nashville divorce lawyer at the firm, sits on the TTLA Executive Board, and has chaired the TTLA Domestic Legislation Committee since 2018.

Laura Blum, who has co-chaired the forum since 2019, brings extensive experience in high-conflict custody and appellate work. “Collaborating with the TTLA to curate a curriculum that addresses the most pressing issues in domestic law is a privilege,” said Blum. “Our goal is to provide practitioners with the tools they need to achieve the best possible outcomes for their clients during some of life’s most challenging moments.” Blum is a Rule 31 Mediator and an active member of the John Marshall Inns of Court and the Lawyers’ Association for Women.

The 2026 TTLA Domestic Law Forum will cover practical strategies, legislative updates, and advanced advocacy techniques in family law. For more information about the firm, visit their website.
