Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. (ABH) has opened a new outpatient office in Hagerstown, Maryland, marking its first expansion into Washington County. The office, located at 265 Mill Street, Suite 800, began seeing patients on September 1, 2026. This move brings ABH's comprehensive mental health services to a county that previously lacked direct access to the organization's care, addressing a growing need for behavioral health resources in the region.
The expansion is part of ABH's broader mission to serve Maryland clients where they are. With this new location, ABH now operates across six counties, offering a consistent standard of clinical care. The Hagerstown office provides a range of services, including onsite and offsite individual and family therapy, school-based therapy, telehealth counseling, and psychiatric evaluation and medication management.
