Adval Tech Shareholders Approve All Proposals at 2026 Annual General Meeting

Adval Tech Holding AG held its Annual General Meeting on 21 May 2026 in Bern, Switzerland, where shareholders approved all proposals submitted by the Board of Directors. The approvals included the management report, annual financial statements, consolidated financial statements, and auditors’ reports for the 2025 financial year. In consultative votes, shareholders also acknowledged and approved the Sustainability Report and the Compensation Report.

The meeting saw the re-election of all four Board members: Dirk Lambrecht, Christoph Hammer, Beat Ritler, and Jorg Buchheim. Each was elected for a further one-year term, with Dirk Lambrecht also re-elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Additionally, Jorg Buchheim was elected Chairman of the Nomination and Compensation Committee, while Beat Ritler and Dirk Lambrecht were confirmed as members of the committee. These decisions reflect shareholder confidence in the current leadership and governance structure.

The approval of the Sustainability Report is particularly notable, as it underscores Adval Tech's commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles. The company, which operates eight production plants globally, including in Switzerland, Germany, Hungary, China, Malaysia, Mexico, and Brazil, has been focusing on sustainable practices across its value chain. The positive shareholder vote on the compensation report also indicates alignment between executive pay and company performance.

Adval Tech, a global industrial supplier of technologically sophisticated components and subassemblies made of metal and plastic, serves key markets such as the automotive industry and MedTech. The company covers the entire value chain from product development to prototyping, mold and tool development, and component production and assembly. With headquarters in Niederwangen, Switzerland, the group's global footprint allows it to serve a diverse customer base.

Looking ahead, Adval Tech has scheduled the announcement of its Half-Year Results for 2026 on August 28, 2026. This upcoming financial disclosure will provide further insight into the company's performance and strategic direction. The unanimous approval of all proposals at this year's AGM suggests that shareholders are optimistic about Adval Tech's future prospects and governance.
