AcroMeta to Enter Ambient Temperature Cellular Logistics Through Strategic Partnership With Macro HRD SG Pte. Ltd.

AcroMeta Group Limited (SGX: 43F) has announced a strategic partnership with Macro HRD SG Pte. Ltd. (Macro) to enter the ambient temperature cellular logistics (ATCLS) market. The non-binding term sheet outlines AcroMeta's acquisition of a strategic stake in Macro-ATCLS Pte. Ltd., the commercializing entity for ATCLS technology, and grants AcroMeta an option to acquire an exclusive license to deploy the technology across Southeast Asia.

The ATCLS technology, licensed by Macro, aims to transform the transportation of living cells and temperature-sensitive biological materials by eliminating reliance on conventional cold chains. It uses proprietary ambient-temperature preservation and reactivation technologies, supported by Gradient Equilibrium Decision Modeling (GEDM) for real-time governance and process control. This enables dormant living cells to be transported at ambient temperatures and reactivated at the point of use, reducing cost, fragility, and geographic limitations of traditional logistics.

This move positions AcroMeta to tap into rapidly expanding markets, including stem cells, CAR-T/immune-cell therapy, gene therapy, regenerative medicine, and organ transplantation. The global cell-and-gene-therapy 3PL market is projected to grow from $1.81 billion in 2025 to $16.95 billion by 2035, with a 25.1% CAGR. Macro estimates a serviceable addressable market of $14.5 billion by 2032 for ambient-addressable segments.

Lawrence Toh, Executive Director of AcroMeta, stated, "This proposed strategic partnership gives us the opportunity to build a position in an industry where cell and gene therapy logistics are expected to grow at double-digit rates in the years ahead. We see this as a natural extension of our strategy to grow our portfolio beyond our core operations."

The proposed exclusive licensing arrangement would allow AcroMeta to develop and commercialize ATCLS within Southeast Asia, with rights to appoint sub-licensees and a first right to acquire additional territories. This structure expands the Group's potential commercial reach significantly.

The Group intends to continue evaluating strategic opportunities that support long-term growth and value creation for shareholders, maintaining a focus on disciplined capital allocation.
