Accentro Real Estate AG announced that Dr Nedim Cen has resigned from his mandate as member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board for personal reasons, effective 31 March 2026. The Management Board and the Supervisory Board expressed gratitude for Dr Cen's valuable contribution and commitment during the Company's restructuring. To maintain full functionality of the Supervisory Board, the Company initiated the court appointment of a new member. Following the proposal of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board, Mr Dariush Ghassemi-Moghadam has been appointed by the court as a new Supervisory Board member.
Mr Ghassemi-Moghadam is a lawyer with extensive experience in banking and capital markets law, as well as real estate law. He has previously held various management positions in the banking sector, including serving as Chief Financial Officer. His background will support Accentro Real Estate AG in its ongoing restructuring and strategic realignment.
