Accelleron, a global technology leader in turbocharging and fuel injection for heavy-duty applications, has announced the appointment of Ravin Pillay-Ramsamy as President of its Service Division and a member of the Executive Committee, effective October 1, 2026. He will be based in Baden, Switzerland.
The move comes as part of a leadership transition that will see current Service Division President Roland Schwarz take on the role of CEO at OMT, an Accelleron company specializing in fuel injection. Klaus Heim, who currently serves as CEO of OMT, will retire at the end of September 2026.

Pillay-Ramsamy joins Accelleron from Sulzer, where he currently serves as Division President Services and is a member of the Executive Committee. During his tenure at Sulzer, he held several senior leadership positions within the Services division across EMEA and Asia Pacific. Earlier in his career, he worked at Turbine Services Ltd. in the United States, where he served as Business Development Director and Vice President Engineering.
His academic credentials include a Global MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School, a Master’s degree in Management and Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University.
The appointment underscores Accelleron's strategic focus on strengthening its service business, which is critical to supporting its customers in the marine and energy industries as they navigate the energy transition.
